The CSIs find themselves in the labor of love when the mother of the groom is found dead and tied to the wedding car by her pantyhose. The victim is a high profile lawyer who was involved in a very controversial case. Naturally, the CSIs deduce that her murder was related to the case. Nick is the first to arrive at the scene, and brings his own car to transport the evidence. Once the evidence is loaded into the car, Nick, Greg and Jorja head over to a diner for a late-night snack. Meanwhile, someone steals Nick’s car, and throws the tracking-device into a dumpster a few blocks away from the diner.

Back at the lab, David examines the corpse to find a peach-colored substance underneath the victim’s fingernails, ligature marks on her ankles and severe trauma to her head. At the scene, Sara pulls prints from the car’s bumper and notices a pool of blood on the ground leading back to the carport area. She notices that one of the best men is drinking beer at the house; the same cans tied to the wedding vehicle. Sara takes his prints, while Dr. Robbins confirms that the cause of death was a puncture wound to the skull from a thin arrow.

Meanwhile, Catherine hunts down the wedding video and notes that there is a strange man lurking around and dressed inappropriately. The man is the groom’s estranged father who was forbidden to attend the wedding by the victim. Greg decides to weigh in with his belief that the bridesmaids drugged the victim hoping to subdue her outrageously rude comments during the wedding. He believes that the victim fell on the arrow of a cupid statue located in the wedding suite. Jorja and Greg finally get access to the wedding vehicle where they find a snowboard case in the trunk with two bloody towels in it. Catherine checks in on the bride’s brother Mikey Shoemaker, and finds Nick’s truck behind his tow-yard. Wendy confirms that the blood in the case matches up with the victim’s blood. With a host of suspects, the CSIs question whether they will have to put the bridesmaids away, the groom’s alienated father or the bride’s shifty brother.
